In yesterday's episode for some reason Survi was carrying around her earrings with her for some reason. I think it was because it was something that Karthik gave her, and it was a piece of Karthik that she could carry around with her always, she was holding it so tightly. I think Karthik saw this and realised that he meant a lot for her, but he couldn't let it remain so because he had let Aniket marry her. I wasn't quite sure what he said to her when he was taking them away, but I thought that he said something along the lines of that they were too small for her now or that they were old. I think he did it because was trying to stop both their feelings from each other because those earring played a big part in their bond, their friendship. I also think that he wanted to keep something that belonged to her.
But seriously, in what culture is it okay to take back a gift? If I was Survi I would snatch them back!🤔😆
Anyway, while I was writing this I was watching todays episode so I might as well continue the post from there😆
The bracelets. Me thinks these are the new earrings. Lata got them made for Survi, which could've done, but for the sake of my ship, I say bullshit, Karthik got them made for her but he just cant say it.
Since Survi's dupatta was too heavy, Karthik's bracelet got tangled in the bangle instead, leading to the ultimate flashback roll.
I don't know what Karthik was trying to achieve by remembering the old times and calling her fat(how was Survi even fat then?) I mean, did anyone else feel it was not the time and place for candidly recollecting their memories?😆
Karthik led her down through the hallway memories, loved that scene and how they managed to incorporate even more flashbacks👏😆 And then Karthik thought it would be a good idea to touch her face on f r i e n d l y terms, but Survi didn't let him and I'm glad she did because she's about to get married, this kinda thing isn't acceptable rn.
Ankush's expressions were SO GOOD! dead.👏👏 Karthik's pain was written all over his face, but he forced himself because of the compulsion he was under, and you could see his inner turmoil, the battle he was having with himself, especially when he was throwing the flowers and trying to smile, which shows great strength in itself.
So we know it wasn't Tai or Aniket but bolti gudiya (wait for another post) that led to the kidnapping.
Yknow TBH I found it so ironic when Karthik was saying my brother can't do this and was looking for him, because that would be mean that Survi would've been VERY right and Karthik VERY wrong. She asked him multiple times if he was doing the right thing and the entire thing backfired on him. He must've been like OH SHIT when he realised what happened😆
I don't why I'm laughing so much at this now, I was very sad and emotional during the episode😆
Sirikant was so upset, and I felt so bad for him, he just wanted to make Survi as happy as possible, and yet she had spurned by her would-be husband and people were pointing their fingers at her, which he can't stand.
Also apparently which Karthik can't stand because it prevailed him to marry her.
But I'll write about that after Monday's episode😉
