It is no surprise that Bollywood songs have often drawn its inspiration from the west. Musicians and Choreographers do scan the length and breadth of World music to recreate it ala Bollywood style! There have been many numbers in the past which have been lifted from the West either in terms of their tunes or their choreography or just the look and feel of it. And the latest to join the troop is the Pashmina track from the much awaited Katrina-Aditya starrer Fitoor.
As much as we are loving this new song from the movie, one thing that bothers us is its striking resemblance to Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud. From the contemporary dance form to Katrina's nude flowy dress, to the ambience and the chemistry the actors share, everything about this song reminds us of Thinking Out Loud.
Have a look at the two videos here and find out for yourself! Do not forget to tell us your thoughts on it too!
