Because they know very well dat if show surrogacy as a main track they loose the trp and no one can save them datz y dey are bringing dis drama in d name of Rohit and vamp sarika

They know everyone hates it and it's the worst thing to happen in yhm but yet carrying on. If their intention is to carry on than why hide?? They are shameful to play with audience emotion. Now no need to worry about protest, because people have given up and many lost their attachment. Any other track with such a big protest, would have disappeared but not this.
