this is a well thought of post and great observation...šThe royal family must have played real smart.. by mingling the kids and then later on sacrificing the girls as Devrakshika's... or maybe earlier the girls were kept suppressed and they were just bred to be Devrakshika... but the suppression glass cracked during Devsena and Chote raja time and now Madhav and Manu totally broke the glass.yes Anamika's curse was for both families, the royal and the purohit's. even though the royals marries they don't seem very much happy in marital life and on the other hand Purohit family have their own set of rules and regulations to follow.what I didn't understand is as you said " the curse was to break after MadhVini's generation" when did this happen? did i miss an important aspect while oogling MadhVini only šdid i make sense or just went over the wall šš

Good point. I don't know about the allowing them to be friends and fall in love. That's probably not the motive behind it but friendship, yes. Friends will do anything for each other and this seems to be the case too. I doubt the royal family wanted anyone else but royals in their family, the Rooplekha relationship is evidence cos as bade raja said its for good relationships and even to pay off their debts. Let's see what's coming up next.
Good observation...šmay be you are right or else how come children of royal family and Purohit's family became best friends...
