Hrithik Roshan is still a part of Thug

There were reports that Hrithik Roshan had opted out YRF's Thug' as he felt that more importance was given to special effects as opposed to the story and the plot. However, a source says that he is still a part of the film.

The source said, "Hrithik is very much doing the film". It is said that Thug' is a fantasy adventure flick in which Hrithik will be playing the role of a pirate. According to the grapevine, the makers are planning to make Thug' a franchise if the first one turns out to be a successful venture.

Apparently, the shooting of the film kick-starts this month. However, there's no official announcement of the film yet.

I am actually confused if shooting of thug starts this month or kaabil. Because I read in an article that Yami is working opposite him in kaabil and they will start shooting on 15 jan and finish it in one go in may.

But jo bhi ho atleast i am glad HR currently has four films in hand...MD, Kaabil,Thug and Kabir Khan's next. Hope they cast DP or shraddha in Thug.

MD shooting is completed HR can move on to Kaabil Kabir's next wont go on the floors this year!!!
