I think it's Ishita bcoz Shagun is in Mumbai.Mujhe aisa kyu lag raha he ki Rohit ka root doondte doondte ye surrogacy scam tak pahunch jayenge.Mujhe aisa lagta he ki surrogacy nahi hoga,Ishita pregnant hogi because even if she was pregnant for 1 week trp was high during that week.So agar trp giregi by showing Shagun,they may show some twist related to surrogacy.Bcoz I don't think Shanoj can ever be 2gether.
