Let us look at it this way that a claimant (supposedly a bad man) takes a complaint to the judge against a certain person. And the judge says because you are a bad person otherwise, you deserve whatever happened and you can't do anything about it.
The question here is not whether Mandana deserved it or not... the question here is whether keith was in a position to behave the way he did... he was a judge, he could not get so personal with her
