Whose dream in case BB suicide a dream?

Ok, I couldn't update the Poll. Next choice is Pragya.

Anyways I think, it is Pragya's dream. She went to hospital, she saw Bulbul writing on the paper and somehow convinced her to change her decision while they are in hospital.

Sarla maa enters when she is giving lectures to Bulbul and get a hint that Pragya has not changed. But Pragya again goes back to Mogambo avataar and make Sarla maa believe that she is indeed has changed.

Yes, I agree, this will justify Abhi' scene as well. But I'm kind of sure, they are back in hospital safe and sound. This drama was just to star her plastic surgery talks.
