The more Kunj finds out about Yuvi and the way he treats Twinkle, the more his protective nature will come out. Right now I was just reminded by the scene where he was willing to run away with his mom. I wouldn't be surprised if Kunj ends up moving away from his family with only the people he truly cares about.
Kunj is going to interfere in their relationship for sure. Whether he has a direct involvement or indirect, I don't know. But if Yuvi and Twinkle do end up breaking up (this time for good) then it will be because of him.
