They've been dating for a while but sort of confirming now only .. after all their film can get some more publicity.

Never understood why an onscreen couple also dating offscreen makes for a good publicity. Why does audience wants to watch a film just because the onscreen pair is dating in real life as well? That's weird na.

I always wondered this too. Seems like such insignificant thing to go see a film for. And not to mention completely irrelevant to the film..
