More than good producers we need better audience ,the only people responsible for all kind of stupid shows ruling the TRP charts is cause the audience is watching it ! Even if the producers and channels want to bring in something new and something worthy to watch on TV there should be an audience for it otherwise how will they recover all the money they invested ! It's not like some producers haven't tried before YRF tied up with Sony 5 years back to produce shows like rishta.com mahi way powder which were all awesome by the way but they all shut shop eventually cause of low TRP'S .I for one will put most of the blame on the audience than the PH and channels they are the ones who are giving TRP's to shows like SSK not the producers !
Agree.. But its a cycle.. Producers need better audiences to take risks..and audience need better shows to appreciate.
Sony TV did take major steps to telecast different content.. But if you look at ratings they are at the bottom currently. Poor guys..
I loved all YRF TV series.. Specially Rishta.com..even now I go watch it on YT to refresh my mind. Recently sony had show reporters too, which was very good and brilliantly executed but had lowest trps. :(
