Firstly after knowing Laksh true side her family should not have go on with her & Laksh engagement.

An adult is always responsible for his/her own deeds. There'll always be a lot of influence around, it depends whether we go with the right thing or choose the wrong path. Ragini as a character has done the most despicable, horrible crimes. She has attempted to murder Swara twice, recently tried to injure Sanskaar again resulting in attempt to murder, drugged, kidnapped & defamed various people, put fake molestation charges on a family member/innocent man, blackmailed DP for transferring the property to her which is a crime again, kidnapped & physically tortured Sharmishtha, insulted & tortured her elders in the family which is wrong ethically & what not so Maheshwari's & Gadodias & all her victims have the full right to punish her. Now if they want to punish her or let her go scott free totally with/without redemption is their choice. Ragini is solely the one who is responsible for her own deeds. She destroyed people & committed various crimes against them for a mere rejection which she couldn't handle.

Sanskaar has committed crimes too, Laksh has too but both of them have bore the punishment for it, tried to mend their ways (esp Sanskaar) & made themselves worthy of forgiveness. Ragini has got the most chances where the family was willing to forgive & give her chances every single time. AP despite everything blamed Swara & supported Ragini & this same Ragini treated her like shit after acquiring money & status. Honestly a real life Ragini would probably to declared to be suffering from some mental disorder, probably schizophrenia but here nothing of that sort is gonna be shown & thus the conclusion that Ragini herself is responsible for her present condition & all of her victims do have the right to punish her. It depends on them whether they want to punish or give her another chance for redemption.

ragini should be punished but only by swara ...otherwise she is not wrong for others but for swara she is a criminal...because swara loves her so much 7 always care for her but she always betray her ...so punishment is necessary but only by swara

If no one has a right to punish Ragini then I think no one in this world, no court, no law has a right to punish any criminal. Remember a criminal is always the product of his environment plus his/her choices.

If your arguments are correct then all terrorists should be allowed to get away scott free. After all they were brain washed, had a horrible childhood and no money. Even Nirbhayas rapists should be pardoned- believe me they also are the product of shitty environments only where they were taught since childhood that women are a commodity to be used. They would have been bullied and beaten daily by their family or goondas in their locality.

Every criminal has a reason for turning out the way he/she does. In very few cases people who have had a normal, healthy life turn out to be sociopaths and criimnals.

But one should also remember that there are millions of people who grow up in that same environment and become law abiding citizens. It is a matter of choice. Giving in to the greed and desire or following the right path inspite of the hardships.

Only those who are weak and full of greed and avarice start walking the path of crime as it is obviously the easier path and Ragini is such a case. Dadi, Shekhar, Swara, Sanskar, lakshya might have provided her the fertile ground but it is she who allowed her sinful and cruel nature to grow and prosper. It was her decision.

For instance, if Sanskar ditches Swara now, will it be ok for her to murder Kavita? Afterall Sanskar, Ragini, AP, Sujju, Shekhar, Dadi and Lakshya have all brought her to his point. They all would be responsible for this crime and not Swara, right??🤪
