A legal case is filed against Vikas and he has openly talked about the charges against him. If it was not true then VG would never speak about it on SNS because in that case his case would be affected negatively

So the conclusion is that parth has indeed pointed at molestation .😊

Not saying that charges were not made I'm saying that this notice can be fake and edited, he his already breaching the law when it clearly states that you should not talk about anything in SNS.
