Is it normal for a 25+ year old woman sit on multiple mens lap?

Have you ever seen her sit in Rishabh's lap? NO. Because he doesn't let her and keeps his distance. I don't understand why these guys Keith and Suyyash allow another girl besides their gf to sit in their laps? Do they not have limitis?We can't only blame the girl here.
