Think positive yaar. Its just a promo for trps. Ganpati bappa is always with them. I don't think this will really happen. Kartik may realize that he cant sacrifice his love or he may remember that he filled her maang and not let her marry anyone else.

Don't lose hope so easily my friend. These promos are sometimes misleading. And yes! If karthik remembers the maang filling and somehow lata puts a big paap ka bojha "whoever disrespects the holy vermillion and its importance" then woh din door nhi jab karthik would be asking survi's hand for him only 😳.

Lead can't change as it is based on kartik and survi and however this track is going to be interesting as lobe triangles are always fun to watch but want to see how karvi comes up in the end
