No as the star cast would have first refused to work with her because of extreme bitchy arrogant attitude. Secondly Mastani was a tall woman and Kangana is petite. the role would not have suited her. Thirdly she is already doing a period film so she would actually refused a similar movie.

if I'm not mistake didn't kangana do the film Rajjo that released 2013 where she played similar role like RL or even BM kind. I have not seen Rajjo but it looks like similar role

Rajjo didn't seem like RL or BM for sure... That dud was like Chandi Bar-ish... I didn't watch it... a few scenes on YT, but it was just a bad movie and looked very 80s. All her effort went waste.
