Shahid is a class by himself and should have ruled at the top by now ..may be his break up with KK halted his race up to the peak. He has covered some ground with Haider and may be Udta Punjab will get him applause as well.
Karan Singh Grover was the superstar on television till he threw his hat in the ring for BW.. He has performed well enough to have two releases in his debut year and a couple more already in the pipeline. I have therefore included his name on this list of young stars. He has the talent, looks and is extremely hardworking and should rise high. As will Rajeev Khandelwal who sails the same boat as KSG ...his debut film was a resounding act ...a solo lead without a romantic partner...and he gave a flawless performance . Both these actors deserve good films ..may be the fact they have no sugar daddies hampers their rise.
Ranbir Kapoor is to the manor born and inherited the crown ..but recent lack lustre performances have taken off some sheen reducing him to a lower ranking in this graph.
The rest are here because of connections and not talent and will soon fade out as it is the viewers who make the final call. Of them Varun tries his best but it is not good enough for super stardom.Sushant Singh Rajput is the pretender who has crept on to this list ..his debut in Kai po che was creditworthy but Raj Kumar Yadav by miles.His only solo film was a super disaster ..hopefully the Dhoni biopic will take him forward.
