KaYa's Engagement poem..

hey girls... kaise ho aap sab??
this is sth I'd written a long time back in fb... I revisited this today so I just wanted to share with u all...

And since the proposal scene is stuck in my head...
like totally stuck... Oh God!!
*hyperventilates*
Kabira was looking shooo... nevermind!
*fan-girl's guilty pleasure*
*lets save the drooling for later*

Taking my hand,
You go down your knees;
and slide a ring up my finger
On my knuckles, place your lips
and for a while, let them linger.

People around us clap and cheer
And when you embrace me...
I burst into tears...
Is this really happening?
Is this not a dream?
A dream I long wished to be true
A dream I've been weaving
ever since I stumbled upon you.

Yes I know...
Our path is long
and certainly not devoid of hurdles
