Your best bet is tune.pk. It has a commendable archive of the most prominent scenes and a good number of complete episodes. Not as good as YT by a long shot, but looks like we've gotta work with what we have...
Hotstar streaming in India is a pitiful compensation at any rate. Buffers every other second on low resolution with a strong net connection so might as well forget viewing decent quality vids.
Or maybe, someone who had the foresight to download YT vids can help out...?
