Before Karthik didn't want Survi befriending Aniket because he didn't trust her character and didn't like the fact that his own brother listened to her more than he listened to him, but now the situation is completely different.
Karthik know knows that Survi but still doesn't want her to speak to Aniket for obvious reasons such as him thinking she's evil, but that's not just it. We could all see how Karthik reacted after Aniket stormed off, and how he spoke to Survi.
He was purposefully rubbing in the fact that Aniket had left and stopped being her friend because that's what Survi did to Karthik.
Karthik wanted to Aniket to abandon Survi because he wants her to feel the same hurt the same way she hurt him. The loss of a friend, he wanted her to feel that pain.
I don't think now it's about the influence Survi has on Aniket. It's about revenge.
