Shilpa Shirodkar took to social media to reminisce about the 90s, sharing cherished moments from that era. She posted photographs on her Instagram account from a live show she attended in Indore, where she was pictured with the iconic Madhuri Dixit. Shilpa captioned the post, “Back in the 90s for a live show in Indore! #GoodOldDays.”
The images captured Shilpa and Madhuri posing together, holding bouquets, and sharing a hearty laugh. Additionally, Shilpa included solo pictures of herself from the event, offering a glimpse into her own presence at the show.
Shilpa and Madhuri have a history of co-starring in films like "Kishen Kanhaiya" (1990), "Mrityudand" (1997), and "Gaja Gamini" (2000).
Shilpa Shirodkar, an Indian actress and former model, was a prominent figure in Hindi cinema from 1989 to 2000. Following a 13-year break, she returned to acting in "Ek Mutthi Aasmaan" (2013) and subsequently joined the cast of "Bigg Boss 18" in 2024. She has been married to Aparesh Ranjit since 2000 and is a mother to one daughter.
Shilpa recently took on the role of an ayogini in the Telugu film Jatadhara, helmed by directors Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal. The film, which also featured Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha, did not meet box office expectations. Shilpa is now gearing up for her debut OTT project. Looking ahead, Shilpa is set to appear in the upcoming web series "Shankara The Revolutionary Man."
The actor previously shared with IANS that her involvement in the project was a profoundly meaningful experience for her. “I have always been spiritually inclined. I enjoy learning, listening, and exploring different kinds of knowledge. So, when this show came my way, it felt like a life-changing moment for me. I thought to myself that if I were to be a part of this project, it would offer so much more for me to learn, both professionally and personally," said Shilpa.
