Ishmeet and Harshit exposed!!

Qawwali round exposed Ishmeet and Harshit. I had said earlier that there should be a classical round,but now i dont htink so. I feel that such a round will make Ishmeet and Harshit look like small children.

I'm happy for Ishmeet that he tried his best, i appreciate his courage 👏

But sadly it was nothing compared to others as this is a competition. His voice was strained and his notes were flat. As Alka Y said,this probably was not his kind of song, but i'm 100% sure he'll overcome his flaws by proper training. All the best for him👍🏼

Harshit, i'm surprised. I was expecting a lot more from him and i'm disappointed.😔 As a qawwali he did very littile in his song and i agree with Jatin P where he said that he sang well but it was not upto what Toshi, Abhas and Irfaan. But he sang his song very well and his voice was great!👏

As far as Ishmeet is concerned to say that he has been exposed is a wrong way to say as he has never ever claimed to any sort of classical training.Still he gave a good performance within his limitation and in fact was quite good for an amateur.If u have to say it for someone it can only be said for Harshit for after all.... as Lalit said in a way he is a favourite of all judges and he is important for them .. 😉

They may not be meant for Qawwali. Not comparing with great singer.. Mukesh and great Lata Mangeskar were not good to Qawalli too.

Ishmeet was good but he cant do taans and sargams, the basic ingredient of qawwali.....

Harshit was very good for qawwali.... but he sang it like other song which made cut his points.....

Irfaan was superb... he created sama.....

Toshi was as always good with taans and sargam 😊

Aabhas was shaky to start but did good later

yeah..so true...

I was expecting alot from Harshit but he was disappointing....in the first place, his selection wasnt good...that qawwali was nothing infront of Toshi's,Irfan's and Abhaas'...they all sang classy qawwalis but Harshit's was not that good...Ishmeet, I think he tried his best...it wasnt too bad..!

i agree wid ya..
toshi was the best,followed by Irfan..Abhaas was shaky in the beginning but he caught hold of that and sang it well...I expected Harshit to sing well, but he was disappointing....Its not that his voice is not for qawwali...he can sing qawwali wid that voice..but he didnt do so...as for Ishmeet, I think his voice doesnt suit qawwali singing...plus, he lacks those taans and sargams!
