Secondly : I wasn't able to catch the last part of the Show.. Now when I go to watch it.. SonyTV welcomes me with this "Muted.. Copyright Infringement"
So this is what I thought the end might have been ..
It was the toughest phase in his life. A sudden fall from grace. The once highly esteemed Dr Neil K, one of the finest world renowned Cardiologist, was now a pauper .. was bankrupt . He was stripped off of all glory. Back in the US, he lost his house, lost his medical practice certification .. lost his reputation .. lost everything .. due to his false implication in the domestic violence case ..
Now .. when everything was sorted out .. He was cleared of all the charges by the special inspection committee. He decided to go back to the States to reclaim his house .. his living. Well, he actually never to leave.. Wanted her to stop him .. But she didn't. He wanted her to take this decision for him.. She didn't . He decided .. to go back to the States first .. sort out everything there .. then the kids can follow.
So he left ..

It was a late night winter in New York. He preferred to walk the streets of the city late at night. Some habits never change when you're alone. In India it was different. In the US, Dr Neil K was a well known name. He even didn't remember the last time when he took to the streets. It was always his luxurious mean machines 😃. He never had to walk here. He was fond of cars. From Audi .. Aston Martin to Rolls Royce .. all cars adored his garage. But now time was different. Those fights to get back his existence had made so weak .. he was scared to think of his glorious days. Even though, he had got everything back .. He still was afraid.
He walked the lonely streets .. admiring the ' city of skyscrapers ' and reminiscing his days spent here.. He reached his hotel , Mandarin Oriental . He never wanted to get into such a luxurious hotel. But some people are always there for you .. they are always ready to help you. He liked this hotel very much.. Was a regular guest here.. In his such difficult times, even when his friends refused to offer him any help, they offered him a suite .. for FREE..
"Good Evening Sire. Hope you had a great day. It's quite late. Would you like your dinner to be served at your room ?"
" Evening. Hmm.. A good day it was . Yes, please serve it there. Would prefer to have it later. "
He started towards to his suite. He was disturbed by the glaring eyes of ladies. But it was him .. Dr Neil K . Nothing new for him. He didn't even care to look at them. Just walked to his suite.
Suite 2249
He made himself comfortable with some pinot noir. He went out to enjoy the open skies.
He looked back to the last few days. How SUDDENLY everything changed. He had been to India for Nishi .. then his marriage with Ragini .. and then this case .. It has really been a very tough time for him.
In all of this .. He never.. even once gave a thought for Ragini .. In all his troubles .. When time was his enemy .. He didn't know what to do ..She came along .. She mortgaged her only possession she ever had, her house, to keep his promise he had made to Jignesh's parents.
She showed him the way .. showed him how to start. She was always there by his side. Had she not be there .. from where would have he got all this strength to fight all odds. Stood by him .. co-operated.. only then .. he was able to convince the committee and clear himself of all the charges.
Still .. He never thanked her .. Never gave her the place she deserved in his life .. Just decided to leave for the States ..
When did his fortunes become so important .. that his Ragini was no more his FORTUNE ?
He really did a mistake by coming back here . No one was happy with his decision .. Neither the kids .. not even Pam wanted to go back to the States .. Everyone wanted .. they stay in India just like one good family ..
He was feeling pathetic for having forced his decision on all of them..
His bottle was empty by now .. He looked at the stars .. The lonely night gave him solace .. Those days when they were together .. Their good old days ..
It was really getting very tough for him .. He needed to stop himself.. All these memories were only making him weaker ..
