Mihir being the so called informer seems possible...even yesterday in precap his look to Pathak was somewhat wicked...Pathak even saying that Mihir might be feeling insecure or jealous that Bhai is believing him more...If I am not wrong during Rinki murder case it was Pathak who told Raman that Mihir was there in the city,in anonymity,bfore he came to the Bhallas n he was sent jail by Raman...maybe some connections btw all these...anyways coming episodes will unravel everything...
