The episode starts with Survi trying to revive Lata by electroshocking. Tai is coming along with the nurse and shanti towards the room. On the other hand, Kartik too wakes up. Raghu comes inside the house & asks what's the matter. Shanti keeps crying. Tai says that lata is dead. They all rush to the room. Finally, after giving much shocks, Survi is successful in getting a pulse & she is relieved. Tai is angry to see her there & barks what's she doing. Survi asks for a minute and then starts checking Lata. tai glares at the nurse for leaving her there. Shanti asks if Lata is okay and survi says that her heartbeat is still weak so they need to call the doctor soon. Tai chides the nurse for her carelessness & asks her to call the doctor. She then turns to survi & asks what's she doing here, as she has to take care of aniket only. She says that she was going but she met kartik, who was drunk. Tai composes herself and says that it's good she came here as they would have lost Lata otherwise. She thanks survi for the service. Survi asks how did this happen. Tai says that her work is done here so she needs to go now and take care of aniket without asking unnecessary questions. But Shanti asks her to stay here only till Kartik wakes up and comes here. Tai fumes but doesn't protest. She also tells Raghu to go and call Kartik. She rushes out to see the doctor. In the room, Raghu wakes kartik up by throwing a bucket of water on him. He wakes up startled then asks him if he has gone nuts. Raghu taunts him that he is sleeping while Lata might have slept today forever. He blurts out happened & kartik is stunned to hear this.
In Lata's room, Survi & shanti are alone. She asks her how and when this happened and why is she secluded like this in the outhouse. Shanti doesn't speak but keepy crying. Kartik enters there worriedly. Shanti sneers him that she was trying to wake him up but he didn't. She tells about survi's favour and thanks her gratefully. He too thanks her immensely for what she did. She says that it was her responsibility. Kartik says that few people understand the true meaning of responsibility and to care for everyone till death. Kartik tells survi that eight years back, survi didn't realize the meaning of promise & trust. he says that if Lata is like this because of the betrayer that survi is. Survi is sad to hear this. He tells her that survi made Lata a living dead and he won't forgive her ever. He says that not everyone understands responsibility, and she being a stranger, has already saved lives of aniket, and then lata too. He keeps comparing her noble character to survi, who was the apple of lata's eye, but she took her life with her, when she left the house. She is shocked to see such anger. He says that lata considered her a daughter and in return for love, she gave her a life worse than death. He adds that good things are unexposed but bad things always are and that they weren't able to see the evil that was in survi and they had to pay the price of it, as she made lata handicapped. he says that he isn't helpless as one day he would find her then the world will see hoe he punishes the betrayer survi that will scare her. Survi recalls his earlier anger and rage at her. Just then, Tai comes with the doctor to check lata. She asks them all to go outside as they need to conduct tests. Kartik insists that he will stay here. She agrees and asks others to leave. Survi is about to speak, when he says that they will talk later. She keeps trying to speak, but tai asks her to go and attend aniket.
Outside the outhouse, survi comes out with Shanti and Raghu. Shanti bursts into tears while Raghu is tensed. Survi consoles her that everything will be alright as the doctor is here. Shanti again thanks her as due to her her mother is alive & survi says that it's due to the lord. Raghu says that the lord will never forgive survi, as whatever is happening in the house today is due to her, and she spoiled kartik as well as lata's life. He says Kartik is always full of suffocation and pain, which he soothes by the limitless drinking. He says that survi made a mistake but he punishes himself for it. Survi hears all nervously. Shanti says that for the past 8 years, she has been trying to get how her friend could have done this to her mother. She tries to speak something then trails off. They get tensed and ask what she wants to say. she doesn't finish and then gets up and leaves. They're puzzled by her behavior.
Inside, the doctor tells Kartik that she is stable for now. She says that they need to be cautious and for that, she'll send a qualified & experienced nurse. He denies saying it isn't needed, since there is simi. Tai is nervous hearing this. He says that the way she saved lata, he doesn't think that anyone else can take better care of her and aniket can be taken care of by the doctor. Then he adds that he is more comfortable with her around. Q fumes inside but says that simi is good indeed. He says that she's sent by god as she has already done two favours, by saving both aniket and Lata. Kartik goes to meet her leaving an outraged tai.
kartik comes out and asks shanti where's simi. They say that she just went in the house. He goes in too.
Survi comes in the house, his raging words still resonating in her ears. She is tearful then watches the idol of Lord ganesha. She laments & asks Lord that she is being wrongly blamed for something that she didn't even know happened and how she never could have imagined that this could have been the scenario, where he holds her responsible for everything that happened. She asks the lord why is he still silent after seeing this much injustice. She keeps asking hasn't he cleared kartik's misunderstanding when he knows everything. She says that she wishes that she could tell him that she is survi and then take all of his troubles away. She wishes that she could have cleared this misunderstanding that she isn't responsible for what happened to lata. She complains that he doesn't speak and she can't even if she wants to as she is bonded by tai's promise but if she stays silent then he'll hold her responsible for the sin that she didn't even commit,forever. She's completely unaware that kartik has come inside just then & looking for her only.
Precap: Kartik asks survi that the money that she borrowed from them, needs to return it right away right now or else, he can also take it away from her sick father who is fighting for life in this hospital. survi is stunned & appalled.
