From what i know SRK has never shed away from media ever since he came to BW. He has always been a public person. He has never kept his wife away from the limelight or tried to hide his kids.

And ever since AbRam has been born the fans and media have been hounding SRK for every little detail. Even a small thing he says about his kids gets twisted to a big thing.

See the problem is other star kids have never come in front of the media, their parents have kept them away but srk has never done that so the fans have seen the kids grow up and for them srk kids are as much a celeb that srk is. look at gauri khan she has to be the most popular star wife cause srk has never kept her hidden.

other star kids come in and out of mumbai airport and no one bats an eyelash but if aryan suhana or abram come out the media goes crazy and even we as fan want to no what srk kids look like and what they are up to. the media is only giving what the public wants.

aish has been seen travelling with aradya so she has a fan base and saif son is finally in the limelight so he even has fans now.

abram was famous way before he was born because of all the controversies n add to his cute looks, the fans r crazy bout him n srk being the obsessive and loving father he is loves it that his kids get so much love.

he isnt using them he just loves them too much
