Arjun Bijlani, last seen in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, is now part of Naagin, which is based on a supernatural theme. The actor tells us that he believes in the concept. "I do believe in the supernatural, stars; a lot of things. It's just like god " nobody's seen him/her, but you do believe."
Unlike his romantic avatar in Meri Aashiqui, this show will see his grungier side as he performs stunts. "There is this scene where I fall off a cliff that required me to shoot with a harness for 12 hours. It was my first shoot with a harness " thrilling but scary at the same time."
Is he in touch with his MATSH team? "My character Shikhar was loved beyond my expectations by fans. It isn't easy to create a space for yourself among characters like Ranveer and Ishani that people already love so much. But despite that I got such a great response. The MATSH set is close to that of Naagin and we shoot in the same compound, so we keep bumping into each other." Arjun has never done a reality show till now but he suggests that could change soon. "Yes I've stayed away from reality shows but it's time for me to show a different side, be it anchoring or dancing, I'm looking forward to trying it all."
