I guess dhani has bitten him in d burn wound area which started bleeding (she was seen to bite him in d upper surface of his hand but palm was bleeding.)
yes it can lead to infection. n this kind of scenes actually happen when a goon tries to kidnap d heroine bt I have seen for d first time heroine bites d hero n again puts bandage.
