Welcome to the second and final voting round of the forum's third banner contest.
Before we begin, please skim through the basic yet vital rules:
1) Vote for 1 banner ONLY by specifying the entry number clearly in your comment;
2) Do not create Multiple IDs (MIDs) to vote for your own banner or another person's banner;
3) Unfortunately newbies votes will not be counted during tallying;
4) Do not advertise your banner via PM, scrap or any other means. Anyone found guilty of this, will direct the banner in question to disqualification;
