Episode starts in the court judge asking the villagers who are you ?Kamli tells judge these people are from jhalra village .Akhiraj says no sir its all a ploy against me.they' have issues about fields with me as they don't get water of canal.they all have come for their selfishness.
Judge orders Akhiraj to be quiet Akhiraj is shocked Judge says i want to listen to their statements. Judge asks the defense lawyer you can cross examine them. Judge asks the villagers to come in witness box .
First a woman comes and tells the court i have seen Akhiraj murdering Gopal .i' have seen it myself. She tells everything about Gopal's murder she saw. Prosecutor and defense question her and she answers( This all is shown in mute) Akhiraj and Harki are shocked and scared
One by one the other villagers come and testify against Akhiraj Akhiraj and Harki are shocked
Defense Lawyer says i object sir. till yesterday Prosecutor could not even produce a single witness using whole power but today whole village has come which proves that its not a natural incident but a well planned plot .Akhiraj acts like an innocent helpless soul Defense lawyer says they are instigated against my client.it means all these people have some selfish reasons.Suddenly Gopal's friend comes and asks whole village have selfish reasons? She cries and tells judge they barged in our house and had beaten my husband very badly.and they threatened us that we should stay away from jhalra and this case till Akhiraj won't come back after getting released. Akhiraj and Harki are shocked and scared hearing this Gopal's mother says they also tried to bribe us with these jewels.. Gopal's father takes out some jewels .Gopal's mother take those jewels in her hands and tells judge they gave us these jewels These jewels must be of Akhiraj's wife Harki is shocked

Gopal's father says we took these so that we could show it to you as evidence.Defense Lawyer says its very unfortunate that some people try to use their son's death to satisfy their personal enmity. Defense lawyer says to judge they are lying and to prove it i want to call Harki Akhiraj Singh . Judge permits
Harki comes in witness box. She folds her hands in front of judge and greets .judge asks her if these jewels are yours? The clerk shows them to Harki Harki looks at them and then at Akhiraj Harki is scared first but then she says no sir these are not mine. These both are lying. Gopal's friend goes to prosecutor and tells him something He gives the prosecutor a mobile Prosecutor sees something in it Harki continues they are lying. my husband didn't send any men to their house . you can ask me to swear on anything. Harki is shocked. Prosecutor says because whole video footage of this incident is in this mobile which Kailash has recorded as he was present there. Kailash nods yes . Akhiraj and Harki are shocked Prosecutor gives the mobile to clerk who present it in front of judge Judge sees the video Judge says it should be shown to whole court
The video is played in the court in which it is recorded Akhiraj men threatening Gopal's parents and asking them to leave the village Akhiraj 's men trying to bribe them with jewels when Gopal's mother and father refuse to act on what Akhiraj's men were asking them They beat Gopal's father mercilessly

Prosecutor brings one of Akhiraj's goon and tells the court we have seen this man threatening Gopal's parents in video This man is caught by this brave young man Kailash. Goon blurts out to judge to save himself i am not at fault. Judge says today that thing happened in the court which we never hoped. Today on ram navami lie has lost while all truth has come out i think all witnesses have been taken. Just then Anant comes with a man and says sorry sir there is one more witness who wants to testify.Akhiraj is shocked.Anant says his name is Nemi chand,. Judge asks Anant to come in witness box and then say whatever he wants. Anant comes in witness box and says nemi chand who was known as kisna for many years was a contract killer , to whom Akhiraj had given money and murdered his elder brother Mangala's husband Mangala gets emotional hearing this Anant says nemi chand i.e kisna left jhalra many years ago and no one knew about him. we have tried a lot to find him but because of name change we could not find him.. Anant says then we asked help from commissioner of jodhpur.then after a hard work police found him. Judge asks to present him in the court Akhiraj is shocked
Anant goes and sits with Jagya Kisna is brought in court and made to stand in witness box Kisna tells that many years ago on Akhiraj's orders i have committed many of his crimes.i have murdered his elder brother .then he tells everything in mute Mangala is in tears Akhiraj and Harki are shocked ..Defense lawyer is lost of words now and could not say anything . kisna says i' had stopped all this and i wanted to repent on my sins.but did not know what to do then Dr sahab ( Anant) found me and told me about this case.all i thought in this case by siding with truth i can repent on my sins. thats why i agreed to come here. i accept all of my crimes so that Akhiraj won't get away this time. Kisna asks judge give me punishment for every crime i did and asked others to do.Akhiraj starts his drama and says to Kisna stop lying.how much you will lie? Akhiraj tells judge he is also involved in this ploy. Akhiraj asks Kisna speak the truth otherwise what face you will show to God after death. tell that you have taken money from these people to lie against me. Kisna looks at Akhiraj with disgust . Judge orders Akhiraj to be silent
judge announces verdict after listening to testimonies of the people of jhalra village and Gopal's parents and nemi chand i.e kisna's confession court has no doubt that all blames put on Akhiraj are true Akhiraj and Harki are shocked . judge continues so court takes Akhiraj as convict and keeping in view his violent behavior in police custody too this court sentences him for life sentence. Akhiraj and Harki are crest fallen Jagya Anandi Mangala Kamli Urmi Anant are happy Gopal parents and his friend are relieved Judge says rigorous imprisonment for life. Defense lawyer is disappointed judge says that court also orders that keeping in view of other prisoners safety convict should be kept handcuffed Akhiraj and Harki are shocked
Judge adjourns the court saying i declare this case in this court closed. Judge starts going.Akhiraj fumes up in anger and shouts at judge its wrong verdict .you have to change it you have to release me .otherwise it will cost you a lot.my name is Akhiraj singh Harki cries and calls judge sahab. Police takes Akhiraj and he shouts i won't forgive anyone . Harki starts begging to cops to leave Akhiraj Akhiraj looks at Mangala Kamli Jagya Anandi Urmi Gopal's parents and his friends and shouts at them you all will die. Cops handcuff Akhiraj while he is trying to get away from them Akhiraj looks at his handcuffs and angrily says all will die Mangala says in her mind to her husband i fulfilled the promise i did with you i made your murderer get punished. May God give peace to your soul. Mangala is emotional thinking about her husband .
outside court Mangala Kamli Urmi Jagya Anandi Anant. Mangala folds her hands in front of Anant and says i am obliged to .you You found out kisna. if you would not have done this i would not be able to get justice for my husband. . Anant says i didn't do anything big that you should be obliged to me .i only tried to bring truth in front of all which succeeded with God's help. and it would have' happened anyway as truth cannot be hidden for long time. no matter how much a person tries but in the end only truth wins. Mangala nods her head and wipes her tears All are happy
suddenly they hear Harki pleading to cops leave my husband. All look at her .Cops bring Akhiraj out . Akhiraj sees Jagya and shouts Jagdish Singh Akhiraj gets out from the grip of cops and attack Jagya , grab his collar Anandi Mangala Kamli Urmi and Anant are shocked Cops rush to grab Akhiraj Jagya makes Akhiraj leave him and push Akhiraj away from him Cops get hold of Akhiraj Akhiraj shouts at Jagya jagdish singh don't think you have finished this fight , the real fight has just now begun i will come back soon and will take my revenge from you i will kill you Then Akhiraj looks at Anandi Mangala Urmi Kamli and says i will kill you all one by one . Akhiraj shouts at Mangala you witch the day i"ll be released i will send you to your husband , mark my words. Cops drag Akhiraj from there . Harki pleads to cops to leave her husband Akhiraj asks her stop crying. , you have my swear you won't shed one more tear now You are now Kundan's mother and father both , take care of him. He should not feel his father's absence. Harki cries and says what will happen of me? Akhiraj says nothing will happen,. have faith on me.. i will come soon. Have faith on me. Cops push Akhiraj in police van and close the door .Harki cries and bangs on the van door. Cops take Akhiraj away while he glares angrily at Jagya Mangala Kamli and Anandi through van's window Harki runs behind the van but trips and falls down Cops take Akhiraj away
Harki fallen down , cries .Mangala and Kamli get concerned for her and go to her calling her Kamli tries to help Harki but Harki shouts at her don't touch me. My own family burnt my home. Harki shouts at Kamli you witch now you got satisfaction after sending your father to jail. Mangala and Kamli are shocked Harki shouts at Mangala and Kamli you both sent my husband away from me. Kamli shouts at Harki ''mother'' Harki shouts at kamli shut up and don't call me your mother again .from today on wards i don't' have any relation with you , you are my enemy.what you did with me i won't forgive you for this ever . Kamli says you still don't understand whose at fault? if father would not have done this then our family would not have seen this day. neither you nor father. but at least now understand mother. Harki gets angry and tries to strangle Kamli's neck. Mangala comes for Kamli's rescue and makes Harki leave Kamli Harki gets angry at Mangala Harki goes and picks up a stone and tries to hit Mangala with it but someone holds Harki's hand Its Anandi .
Anandi says to Harki enough. you yourself have seen with your eyes , take lesson from your husband's fate and change yourself...leave that path on which you kept on walking with your husband.. otherwise this path will lead you to there where your husband has gone. Harki is angry at Anandi Anandi shakes away stone from Harki's hands and leaves her hand Anandi Jagya and rest go from there Harki curses all of them you all should be ruined like this i got nails in my heart your hearts should also get Harki cries
