Hi everyone! I'm back with a new short story called Cracked Heart. I'm posting the character sketch and prologue below. will only continue if i get a good response.
Cracked Heart
Character sketch
Arnav Singh Raizada - (Age 27) Famous business tycoon of India.. Extremely handsome, Successful, Arrogant, ruthless and hard hearted.. His parents passed away when he was young.. he stays with his Nani, Sister-Anjali, Mama, mami, their son Akash and his wife payal..
Khushi Gupta - (Age 23) A beautiful young girl.. Born in London but brought up in india.. She is Educated, talented, traditional and soft spoken.. Currently working in AB group in london with Arjun Bijlani.. she was 8 when her parents passed away in a car accident.. She was then moved to india where she stayed with her late fathers elder brother and wife.. Shashi, Garima, and their daughter sheetal..
Shashi Gupta - (Age 55) A well known businessman too.. loves his family.. stays in delhi with his wife and daughter.. loves khushi like his own daughter..
Sheetal Gupta - (Age 25) Only Daughter of Shashi and Garima.. Brought up in india.. works in AR company as a model.. dating Arnav..
Arjun bijlani - (Age 27) A Handsome and good looking guy.. Sweet, friendly and very understanding.. Directer of AB group.. He too is a well know businessman.. A very good friend of khushi and likes her a lot..

Prologue
What happens when your perfect lovestory is cut short?
What happens when the person you love with all your heart abandons you?
What happens when you are left alone,
heartbroken and devasted?
And more shockingly.. What happens when you see the same person infront of you after two years?
The same thing happened with Arnav Singh Raizada. The famous business tycoon of india..
Khushi Gupta The only girl he ever loved in his life left him without any explanation.. leaving him heartbroken and turning him into a more bitter, cold and ruthless man than before..
And Now, two years later.. Arnav found himself staring into a familiar pair of eyes, khushi's.
Why did khushi suddenly return? And most importantly why did she suddenly disappear two years ago? Will Arnav and khushi ever be able to return to be like the same?
Cracked Heart is a bittersweet love story of a hard-hearted man and a fragile girl.. Two lovers, who are not able to be together even if they wish to.
The ending is hard to imagine. But it is evident that the road to recovery will be rough as both of them have changed. Arnav is now a more bitter, self-centered man than before and khushi herself has returned from London with another man who loves her dearly. Read further to see if this cracked heart of Arnav will ever heal.
