rishabh was doing his task wonderfully, if kishwar don't want it then she could have quitted but she did tasks. So whats the point of spitting? If you dont like his orders, refuse it. As simple as that.

Mandana was laughing purposly. She wanted Kishwar to get irritated and quit the task..Which was fair enough imo..
