Katori I think you're right, the wording of the last sentence there must be wrong. I was thinking along the same lines as you. She's likely got an ulterior motive of her own which we the audience will likely find out soon after she's introduced.

This is likely only the spoiler for the next couple episodes. Thapki will eventually discover her ulterior motives through her own detectivegiri (extra points to the CVs if Bihaan helps her out in her investigation). This will all culminate with her truth being revealed and Aditi somehow being brought into the mix because of all the trouble she's going to be in and it will be her who ends up married to Dhruv.

At least this is my take on what might happen. Like every other time in the past though I'm usually wrong. Let's see how this unfolds then.

So I was thinking about this some more (cause what else is a person to do at 3 in the morning, not sleep of course) and I'm wondering if Aditi will be a part of this at all. Will Dhruv end up married to her? I wonder if this new girl is not to reinforce to Vasu how wrong she is. Here, she's brought the perfect woman for her beloved son and she's going to turn out to be awful. Do you think they might have her come to the realization that she was actually very wrong about Thapki through this? Or is hoping that they might have a track that actually forces Vasu to challenge her way of thinking and the prejudices she holds is expecting too much?

It's late so I don't know if I'm explaining my thinking well at all but I wonder if Vasu will finally have to admit that what she did was actually very wrong. But by then it'll be too late, she won't be able to fix it because Thapki will have developed some feelings for her actual husband and he for her. Dhruv will end up marrying someone else (possibly Aditi) and Vasu will have to live with the idea that because of her misguided and archaic thinking she ruined her perfect son's life.

I don't know. I should go to sleep. lol

LOL i woke up at 3 am, because I have an exam today and I an 8 hour workday, so yeah... hehe. But always time for TPK ;)

anyway, you know what would be a twisted twist, and totally ekta kapoor serial type of thing to do...( well even shes improving these days)...Is that Vaasu realizes that Thapki is all dhruv ever wanted and ever will and realizes that they should get married. So the divorce and all happens but thapki and bihaan are really like really in love, just haven't told each other and are unaware of each other's love, but Aditi knows. And Dhruv is all set to get married to Thapki, and thapki is pressurized by her fam to also marry dhruv cuz of being divorcee and all this...but she wants BIHAAN lol...and aditi knows this...and then aditi does what bihaan did, marries dhruv instead of Thapki lol 😆

OMG i should get back to studying, sleep or no sleep 3 am plots are always messed up and twisted. I shouldnt try. 😆

I too agree with PreetD in predicting that Vasu is going to end up with someone she cannot manipulate in the form of Dhruv's wife. She is really going to regret not having accepted Thapki for her own son. That is her punishment for playing games with so many lives. Bihaan is the lucky one.
