When I saw what RK eats (or does not eat) I felt I am better this way (not fat but slightly on the heavier side)I am sure even you cant survive his rigourous schedule (getup at 5 and jog for an hour, then not eat any junk food, have only salads for lunch, coffee/tea without sugar, dry rotis and sabzi for dinner)Sagi
