The episode starts with Kartik arriving home while tai continuously tries to talk. But he doesn't listen so she yells at him making him & survi stop. Tai says that Sarojini is lying & asks if he believes she can do so. Kartik tells her to stop as he can't bear anymore adding that he can't believe she tried to take survi's life. He starts to gauge the things since beginning then says everything that happened to survi, since she came here, is all due to her. Tai denies but he continues that it happened right before his nose but he trusted her thinking all can betray him but not she. Tai keeps trying to convince him but in vain. He asks her if she got srikant trapped, gave the manager money, then helped him to flee and finally killed him too. Tai helplessly objects that she didn't do any of this while survi watches them worriedly. Tai sees her & tells that she can't prove anything without evidence and when she'll talk only after getting it but it hurts her that Kartik doesn't trust his tai. She starts drama asking the lord to help her die as Kartik forgot everything of all the years, for this one single accusation. She says that she won't stay in this house anymore then blesses him & then starts leaving. Kartik looks on silently. Tai while passing survi says she doesn't know who's behind her life but she just knows that the person took the life out of her relationship with kartik.. Survi is standing rooted. She eyes Tai and then kartik, whose eyes are teary as well. Tai turns around for last time to see if he stops her and gets to see kartik going inside with survi. She is surprised and raged also. As she goes out the guards are about to close the door but she asks them not to close it as she will return soon. Meanwhile, Pyare Mohan is stunned to see both the daughter and the mother out & worries about his future.

In the house, kartik rushes to the god to ask why he's being punished as the mother who did everything for him, is exposed like this & this one truth finished everything. He gets emotional & says he can't believe in good anymore and doesn't wish to live. He thuds on floor saying he's so hurt and wonders what to do now. Survi comes there. He apologises to her as he couldn't fulfill his promise made to srikant. He says fuming that he never imagined tai would be behind all these then breaks off a glass table in rage, hurting himself with the glass. Survi calls shanti to come. She comes out and is stunned to find him like this. Survi asks her to get first aid. Kartik says that it isn't major wound & tells her to leave. She says that she won't leave as he can't hurt himself like this. She takes out the glass pieces then asks for his handkerchief. He says this pain may lessen the pain in his heart. He keeps saying that he can't bear this truth of Tai better he will die. She asks him to shut up. He asks why tai did all this but she tells him to cool down as he is concerned about what he feels & asks if he bothers how she's feeling seeing him like this. Kartik goes to speak again but survi shuts him up. She starts bandaging with handkerchief when shanti comes with the first aid. He repents that he should have arranged for her stay without telling Tai. She asks not to be sorry as she should be thankful to him because lots of people make promise but very few actually keep it. She eyes him intently & he eyes her return. He is called saying that he has got a lead on the case. He hurriedly drives off. Guards shut the gate again. Tai sees all from outside then eyes the bottle of poison in her hand and walks in vindictively. survi and shanti are shocked to see her. Tai comes in the drawing room glaring at survi. Survi says stumbling in fear that she talked with Kartik & soon everything shall be right. Tai grabs her hand while she struggles, saying that she has come to end everything with a solution & shows the poison. Both of the girls are stunned. Tai says Kartik used to respect her more than her mother & vouched to never leave her & her children but now everything is ruined just due to her. She says that she always writes her destiny & when things don't happen expectedly she ends her destiny itself. She leaves her hand & survi falls on reflex. Shanti rushes to catch her. Tai tells her that it's time to end the story & the poison will end all her miseries. She tells survi that she didn't get this poison for her but for herself & with it her life will end. She keeps saying that this poison is a punishment as she couldn't prove her innocence..now she'll prove the same by dying. Survi and shanti desperately try to stop her from drinking it. She struggles to start take it & finishes the bottle and then throws it away, while survi and shanti are distraught.

Police informs Kartik that it's confirmed that the person tried to kill the girl & they got a mobile from him containing call lists that might tell them more. The officer hands the phone to him asking him to confirm the voice so that they can further detail their investigation. He hears the record & is shocked to find a man ordering the person to kill survi. He asks who's this. The police says he's the one he is looking for & asks him to identify. As kartik again listens to the conversation& asks if there's anything more then finds out. He gets that there's some caller who tells that he did it out of revenge on tai by falsely implicating her in front of him. He then recalls how tai was trying to convince him but he didn't listen..

Meanwhile tai's condition deteriorates & she asks survi to take care of kartik. Blood starts oozing out of her mouth & she loses sense. Survi tells shanti to call kartik. She calls & tells kartik that tai consumed poison. He is heartbroken to hear this.

Precap: Tai doesn't respond when survi & Shanti shakes her. While Lata & Raghu are driving on the road a bride comes in out of nowhere & falls right on the windshield of the car making them tensed.
