I know what you are going through. And trust me, I went through this just recently I couldn't sleep until 1am but I put my faith in Allah and Alhamdullilah I take each day as it comes and currently I handle my anxiety and at times I have panic attacks but I quickly breathe so I can prevent them from coming, I pray a lot and now Alhamdullilah because I am out of the house working and working with children I am in a better place.

Don't lose hope. Just keep smiling and keep the faith. It is what I am doing and I know you can do it too. Try not to come on here as much, it is helping me a lot and trust me you don't miss this place as much and Masha Allah I pray to Allah that you get the strength and patience to overcome this.

I pray that this anxiety can help us all become stronger human beings and learn.

all the best dude..and always remember when one door closes another opens..u just need to keep on looking for opportunities and never give up...and also please do see a psychologist for ur anxiety..if u haven't already :) All the best :) xx
