tbh, I think the two of them are one pretty similar levels. Both girls are bitchy and rude as f**k and hypocritical.

But the difference is in their language/ what they say. Kishwar makes horrible comments like "she'll get a slap from me/ I will hit her with my sandal" etc. which are just extremely vile and crass. So in that regards, Mandana's level is a bit higher at the moment.
