Some of the onlookers seem to be enjoying this scene and signal to the DJ to resume the music. Saucy Sameera sways again, this time to Maiyya maiyya, but Armaan is too angry to notice.
Armaan: (spluttering) Pari….how….how dare you!! Tum hamara peecha kar rahi thi?
Pari: (petrified but standing her ground) We-ll…..tum toh jaante ho na Armaan….mujhe kar cheez ki teh tak jaana achcha lagta hai…..ab jab tum teeno aise party se gayab ho gaye toh obvious si baat hai, Jassi, Neha aur Beauty tumhe miss karte hi…..toh maine socha, kyun na unki chinta dur kar du…unhe tumahri khabar de du!
Raj sits down suddenly on a couch, not realizing that one of his more drunken friends has passed out on it. The chap gives an anguished yowl when Raj plumps himself down right on his stomach. 😕😆

Armu sighs slightly with relief.
Pari: ….lekin kya kar rahe ho, ye wo jaanti hai!
Raj gives a great gulp and looks at her with his most sober look of the evening. He mutters, "We are dead."
By now Jaggy has plucked up courage to remove his mask, and stares out at Armaan with slightly nervous defiance.
Armu: (gritting his teeth) Tum dono se toh main baad mein deal karunga….pehle mujhe Jassi se baat karni padegi….
Pari: I'm afraid Armaan, ki Jassi shayad iss waqt tumhari baat sunne ke liye time na nikaal paye…
Armu: What? Time na nikaal paye? Kahaan hai Jassi?
With perfect timing, the phone rings. Pari grins and picks it up, putting on the speaker. Meghna's voice resounds in the room.
Meg: Pari……kya hua, tumne aana nahin hai kya….aaj toh bahut special night hone wali hai…..Jassi ka birthday hai after all!
Pari: (looking triumphantly at Armu) Of course Megs…main aa rahi hun….waise, kaun-kaun aa raha hai iss party mein?
Meg: (laughing) It's a girls' night out Pari….so obviously, Jassi, Neha, Beauty, Angel aur main toh honge hi…aur hamari bahut si friends….
Pari: (with mock innocence) Aur Armaan, Raj aur Nandu…unhe bhi toh bulaya hoga?
Meg: (laughs louder than ever) Pari!!! Tumhe lagta hai ki wo apne husbands ko aisi party mein invite karengi?? Haan waise aur guys zaroor honge….you get me? Aaj toh un teeno ka alag hi andaz hoga sweetie….😛
She cuts the call and grins at her fellow conspirators. "Main un teeno ko sun toh nahin saki, lekin unki ruki hui saanson ki awaaz mujh tak pahunch rahi thi!"😈
Indeed, the 3 hubbies seem robbed of all breath. But their friends aren't.

Armu: (growling) Sun toh liya….ab dekhna bho padega…..Jassi, yeh tum kya karne ja rahi ho??
He grabs Raj and Nandu and barks, "We must stop them….sun rahe ho na tum dono?"
The other two nod dazedly. A smart-alec remarks, "Hum bhi chale kya….Jassi ka 'alag andaaz' dekhne?"😉
Armu gives him a murderous glare before rushing out, Raj and Nandu in tow.
