I still don't get it why Salman called her fake? What kind of friend/confidante tries to spill secrets about you that you arent willing to say? He was like what she is doing here is all an act. She is much more than this.

Not sure if this was a praise or just ratting her out and taunting her.

I don't think Salman called her fake, he just said she's not opening up fully because she's camera conscious. She's even more fun, opinionated and blunt than this in the real world... this is just a trailer.
