Because of the ending. As an audience I didn't expect such ending . It was so painful to watch! God :(

It was the years of massy formula comedies Priyadarshan put some scenes that was not needed Salman wanted him to think differently for the last 15 minutes but Priyadarshan was adamant. This type stories would have worked now more multiplex chains and accepting audience. Khamoshi and Kyonke are diferent in Khamoshi Waheeda was in love with Dharmendra and Rajesh khanna it was from the nurse pov. In Kyon ki its from the patient's pov.
