Finally in today's epi I would say Sudha grew up. She decided to take things in her hand. She saw the condition of the man she truly cares about. She understood what he needs. Yes she had always listened to him. As far as she is concerned she knew she cannot correct what happened. She didn't stand up for herself when it mattered most. She knew her body was failing her, she knew she couldn't live this life longer. And more she lived, she will not only harm herself, but also Chander.
Sudha wanted to save Chander at any cost. And for that she took matters in her hand. She visited Pammi and requested her, the Chander she had cared about is falling in pits. She asked her to save him from falling into pits. We need to really look the way Sudha says things. She doesn't ask Pammi to go away from Chander's life, she only asks her to give back the saner Chander. She doesn't accuse Pammi.
And Pammi realizes she can never have Chander. With her Chander can never be saner. Reason she cannot see any element of Sudha in Chander. That is the type of woman she is. And if she cannot see any element of Sudha in Chander , Chander will degrade only. So she understands the only way to save him and answer Sudha's request is for her to leave him and go away from his life. Pammi realization was a beauty. And Sudha's smile that she had achieved the first step in restoring her Chander.
Sudha was in pain from the time she had come. But had held herself up for his sake. I would say it was the girl's supreme mental power which wanted to speak to Pammi for Chander's sake that kept her going.
Because if the septic had spread in her body, the process of abortion might have started earlier which Sudha hid and only when Chander goes she allows the pain to over take her. It was sad to see her battling life and death out of which she has clearly chosen death once she completes what she had set out to do.
