What a thappad and drama filled epi- whoa! Some points that I need to offload as seriously bugging and that is always a recipe to court insomnia which I want to avoid during my working week (or otherwise too!) 😆:
1. The editing is seriously bad, I mean- really, cannot be ignored anyway way bad. Firstly, why do we have scenes being cut where they are? I know they need to show events are happening consecutively but I like to think the majority of people will get that without them ending at a point where it seems disjointed and then you lose the impact. The SwaSan scenes in particular (of course) are my major gripe here. Like today it started with them, just when your really hooked, they swap over, then come back again...;

2. This is actually a continuation of the above but to amplify it, what I mean is how overall it affects the whole thing- when they cut back to SwaSan after the Suju-AP- Shomi entry scene- Sanskaar is seen holding Swara and then we get the fantastic confrontational conversation he had BUT what I mean is the way they did it, we lost that slight link of him about to leave, she insults him (oh yes, again) and then the disjointedness of him straightaway holding her. I know, I know, we only lost maybe seconds of footage of my Sanksu striding over to grip her but how dare they deny this fangirl that?! 😆

3. Why do they (and this is pretty much every serial so not restricted to this one only) do that whole revolving circus act of going around characters in particularly dramatic scenes? It so smacks Sooraj Barjatiya films in whatever decade that was! It also makes me feel dizzy just watching and I have enough to do to concentrate not to shut my eyes from the melodrama, do we need to add this? Reminds me of my kathak lessons when I forgot to focus my eyes on a fixed point when taking multiple circles ;

4. Usual bloopers abound but attention to detail is irritating when not present! So in the scene where Swara first tries to come between the slapathon, Shomi is telling her to butt out and then Swara is pulled back by Sanskaar (maybe bechara thought ke ek do haath isko padd gaye toh she might later blame me for those too 😡). It was so obvious that the distances they all were at before just didn't make that work. Hope this makes sense but basically it was badly edited again;

5. Sanskaar talking to Swara about options i.e. stop Shomi or take your blaming arse home with her- no attempt to whisper but of course none of the others who can hear each and every other thing otherwise could listen in to that?!

Ok, will stop now! Feeling better already. Any more I missed? Please add on- dil ko thandak milegi 😃

You are right sruthy,
They have to make more care on editing..
Just because of those editors, last day Luxji came earlier for wedding and got all the blames of fanguls..😉
And last day, when shomi was frying sekhar, she said " mujhe bolne do", when actually he was keeping silent.😆

I loved your 4th point.
Lol!! He is now afraid of her blames..
Yeah.. It is really hurting..
Everyone says Swara's life got spoiled, that too before him, as if he is good for nothing..
I hate that dialogue..
But when Swara says it, it become intolerable..

@bold 🤣.
Haan yaar- the constant whinging about Swara's life in ruins is so getting on my already frayed nerves now. Kya punching bag milgaya hai Sanskaar mein . No one thinks from this guy's perspective except us fangirls 😃

i actually saw the on location shoot video of that particular swasan scene (the link which you tweeted me on twitter :P ) where swara insults sanky, nd i was too hoping that the particular would be pretty intense, but it wasn't so yes you rightly pointed that out.

You have summarized what I exactly felt during the episode.
Sanky seemed to have vampire speed with the way he was shown switching between places in matter of a second. He certainly has the looks to pass him off as one.

Bang on post.

I agree, Swaragini epis have been a let down for the past week. Editing is actually so shizz atm, especially yesterday's one.. there were so many technical problems.

I wonder what happened. I always thought they put the scenes together nicely and it flowed.
They really shouldn't have cut the SwaSan scene half way today, it lost some of it's intensity. When the shot went back to the scene, you could see the door was still moving (as Sanky banged it in frustration as seen in the on-location vids 😉) and Sanskaar already had his shoulders on Swara.

We've also seen how many different times they take the shot.. gotta give it to the actors for trying to give the same shot repeatedly.. the editing and direction have huge impact on the end-product. It has defo gone downhill and I haven't been able to connect to the show as much this week. Hope they do sth about this.

I feel like the editing is really letting the last few episodes down. 😔 And the fact that they clearly are not paying attention to detail, for instance, it was obvious that Laksh was hurt, but no one noticed. How is that possible?

Yesteday's epi was an actual joke. It was just painfully shit.
The fact that DP just told Laksh to come down for the pooja without seeing the massive white cloth stuck across his head. LOL.

Even Ragini didn't notice until Laksh told her he fell into the river.

There were some voice modulation problems as well- one is Swara's scene and the other is Shekhar's scene. The echoing effect was the least effective.. wouldn't have understood what they were saying if I didn't have subtitles on.
