Maan: Yash Yaar ek kaam kar, family doctor ko bulaya tha, usko ander lay a..

Yash was confused, and just about to utter.

Maan: Before you start eating my brain, Geet twisted her ankle and now its swollen, since she didn't tell anyone so I called the doctor here. Everybody is busy in eating, nobody will notice. I am taking her to room 126. Come there.

Yash: Is she Okay? I didn't even realise. She didn't even show

Maan: Yeah she is feeling the pain and I saw, her ankle is swollen already. You know na already dadi created a scene and if she knows this then Geet would be more uncomfortable.

Yash: Okay I will bring the doctor.

Maan went from there and took Geet with him to the room

Geet: Where are you taking me Maan

Maan: Romance karney

Geet: Hawww... Maan

Maan: Geet zaida uro mat, chalo ab

Geet frowned and smacked his hand

Geet: Maan already meray pair mai dard hai and you are walking way too fast.

Maan stopped and scooped her in his arms, while Geet draped her arms around his neck. Geet was mesmerised by his looks. His long pointed nose, his perfect M-shaped lips, his sparkling brown orbs, light stubble which emphasised his strong jaws. Maan turned to her and smiled.

Maan: Dekhlo Geet, Jitna marzi dekhna hai dekhlo, sab tumhara hi hai.

Geet blushed and rested her head on his shoulder. Soon they came to the room

Maan opened the door through the car and led her in.

Maan: Doctor bus ata hi hoga

Geet: aap nay doctor ko kyun bulaya?

Maan: Geet: U twisted your ankle, hospital to jaa nahi sakte abhi,

Maan while saying pushed her down to be seated at the edge of the bed and then sat down on his knees.

Maan: so I called the doctor here.

Maan took her foot in his lap and unstrapped her sandal and made her foot free.

Maan: Dekho, kitna swelling ho rahi hai, strap ka nishan bhi agaya hai

Geet looked at it and realised that indeed this could lead to something big

The doctor knocked and Yash and Meer also entered.

Meera: Tune bataya nahi kay kia hoa tujhe... boht dard ho raha hai kia?Shukar hai Yash ko mainey dekh liya yaha atey hoa and he told me the whole story

The doctor had already proceeded with examination

Doctor: Zada tension ki baat to nahi hai, par don't stress this foot a lot, or else the it will swollen up more. Just for the sake of safety get an X-ray done as soon as possible.

Geet nodded

Maan: any Medinices?

Doctor: Just normal painkillers will do.

Maan nodded and Yash escorted the doctor out.

Meera: Thank God! I thought it was something big.

Meera hugged Geet assuring her that everything will be alright.

Meera: Do you want to eat anything

Geet: Juice.

Meera moved to the intercom to order juice.

Maan rested himself at the edge of the bed, with his fingers on his head.

Both knew that it was too much for them to handle especially for Geet.

Geet moved to the pillows and rested herself and in no time she slept while admiring Maan.

The door was knocked twice. Meera went and bought the tray in.

Meera: Look now this girl has slept.

Maan turned his head and saw that Geet indeed had slept. All the happenings were too much for her. Her pain stricken face was already showing it.

Maan smiled at her. He adjusted her comfortably on the bed and then laid the blanket on her.

Maan: Let her sleep for some time. She looks tired.

Meera nodded and smiled at both of them.

Soon both got out of the room and Maan looked it so that she could sleep for some time or till the people were having dinner.

Meera: Jeej

Meera started reluctantly

Maan turned towards her giving her a nod to proceed

Meera: Wo Geet... I mean...

Maan: bolo Meera, kya baat hai?

Meera: Wo I wanted to say, I know you are very mature... But Geet... she is just like a kid, wo pal mai hasti hai aur pal mai ro parti hai...I want your promise on something... I mean to say agar wo kabhie koi ghalti kar de to please don't leave her. Wo akeli rah jaegi. U know what she never discusses her tensions with her parents even. Koi tension hoti hai she takes it on herself. I mean you know it by now, what she did right now. She was having so much pain and still she didn't moan a bit just because her parents will get tensed. It's only you who she is showing this side of hers. I mean just in a few weeks her life...she is changed person...I am looking a new side of her these days... The girl who didn't glance at a guy her whole life, your name is on her tongue now... She wants to depend on you. You know what (laughs) she used to say that she will marry that guy who will mould himself for her... but looks like she is moulding herself for you... She was never interested in these girly things like going to parlour, shopping for heels etc. But after your first meeting she is like, what will Maan say... he must like girls wearing heels etc... Please, sometimes she pounces on others and later realises that she did wrong...

Maan smiled at that where she came crying to the caf thinking that he will call off the engagement.

Maan: Meera I completely understand your concern...don't worry, I promise you that she will remain happy and and I will try my best to do everything that brings smile on her face. I have started loving her and her simple smile means a lot to me. So tears ka to sawal hi nahi paida hota..

Meera hugged him and tears started glistening in her eyes. Seeing their love for each other. One shows his emotions openly while the other still is reluctant to show her feelings.

Yash: Kya baat hai? Jeej aur Saali ki baatein. Interesting

Meera: Tum sun rahe the

Yash smirked

Meera freed herself and taunted Yash

Meera: Jeej, kaisa dost hai appka, atey hi sab ka interview is ne security guard ki tarha liya...

Yash: That reminds me, tumhara rahta hai...

Maan: Tum dono aik sa hi ho...

Meera smirked

Showed Yash her tongue, teasing him and ran from there

Yash came forward to him and hugged him

Yash: Maan I am so happy for you. I am sure Geet is the best thing that ever happened to you

Maan smiled in agreement

Yash: Wiasay Meera bhi buri nahi hai?

Maan broke the hug

Maan: Kaminay meri honey wali biwi ki dost hai and meri saali hai

Yash: Over protective brother

And Yash ran from there.

Looks like in between God had fated another two strangers towards being each others better halves.

After the dinner was done, Meera went to the room and bought her to the hall.

Maan smiled at her fresh face now.

Maan whispered to her

Maan: Slept well?

Geet replied in the same way

Geet: You should have woken me up? Thank god no one know about this or else...

Maan: Geet stay calm now...please... and just enjoy

Later the guests started leaving, leaving behind only the two families.

The two families bid bye to eachother, but two souls didn't want to separate but they had to conform to the principles of life.

Precap: Abhi hospital jana baki hai 😉

Geet: Bara shauk hai na app ko mujhe problem mai dalna... Mujhe app say baat nahi karni

And Geet shut the phone off.
