Sweet and Amazing Chapter

Maan and Geet going on their lunch date

and she cannot help comparing how Dev used to rush her while Maan

tells her to take her time

than at the restaurant Maan speaks about his father while Geet remembers

how Dev always only spoke about himself

I'm sure in time Geet will even think about Dev neither will she compare

the differences between both men

lunch was beautiful so was the walk and of course the goodbye is always filled

with their beautiful meaningful kisses

Chapter 7

Happy for Geet and Maan.

So Geet prepares nervously for a lunch date with Maan, increasingly aware of how strongly she is beginning to like him.

Great seeing their playful teasing, easy conversation and growing comfort. Wonderful that they can be their true selves with each other.

Of cos Maan took her to a quiet country manor restaurant, where they hold hands for the first time and spend several hours talking over lunch, coffee and a walk through the gardens.

Their light-hearted exchanges reveal more about their personalities.

well Geet teases Maan about his confidence, sophistication and poor cooking skills, while he gently challenges her stubbornness and tendency to become embarrassed.

Beneath the humour, they have an honest conversation about their past relationships and what they both want from a serious partnership.

Liked that he values peace, commitment and a genuine partnership, while Geet says she wants trust, respect and the freedom to express herself without being made to feel small.

As expected, Geet continues to compare Maan with Dev, but realises that the differences lie in the small, meaningful things. Maan listens, treats others respectfully, shares credit and makes her feel that her company is enough.

Loved that Maan reassures her that trust will take time and encourages her to speak openly whenever she feels uncomfortable.

Geet thoughts were reasonable

Geet reflects that Maan’s steadiness and consideration are teaching her an important lesson: she had mistaken chaos for love during her relationship with Dev, whereas a healthy relationship may be defined by respect, security and peace.
