LOL they got married accordimg to Hindu customs & it wasn't forced by the other party. They are adults who willingly sat on mandap & did rituals.

Hindu marriage is as legal as it gets 😆 Don't overthink cos all TV marriages would be fake then 😆

yes, it is.

a marriage done of free will of both parties without any evidence of undue influence, and under any religious law is legal(even if it is not registered)

this is also supported by IPC like you can provide photos of your marriage...as evidence.

I think u r bcom grad... I remeber sybcom me there was law... but agar writers itna sochne baithenge toh kabhi serials 10 episodes se aage nai badhegi... and yes it can be anulled but mantra and all se like religous way me they are truly married...
