I think i liked Lage Raho Munna Bhai more than PK. Though both were flawed.

Save for MBBS, I really can't say I'm fond of Raju's films. LRMB was decent. 3I was okay and PK was underwhelming.

If I had to rate them:

MBBS ~ 5/5
LRMB ~ 3.5/5
3I ~ 3/5
PK ~ 2.5/5

yep still to come his Dutt will be his real worst movie. I think Raju Hirani is not a director to do Biopic and especially not a Sanjay Dutt Biopic.
