Guys, this one is understandable only to Indians especially from rural areas.
So please share your opinions about it.

In India educational loan offered for students to accomplish their higher studies.Apart from higher studies, we can't use that loan for research or something else.

In India patent cost sounds OK(it depends on income).but ideas can't be patented in India. So law firms suggests to file patent in US. It costs 10 times higher than Indian cost. So I think Indian government to suggest banks to give separate loan for filling Patents. I think it'll use for rural India students to get recognition for their ideas and products. At least They should correct/reconsider few rules about Patent laws. What do you think?

Thanks for your post,
Thankfully it will encourage students especially students from rural areas to create more. It is good if you could suggest to the government. Im just confused if reconsidering patent laws itself is easier than wating for patent loan's impact on patent laws. Besides, what if patent cost in the US make studetns scared of registering their ideas?

😲 well It is good, I thought it costs about 20,000$, so at the end patent loan is better than waiting for laws
btw can this loan be used for putting their ideas into practice? of course someone has to dare

in India patent cost less than 75usd only. problem here is not about practice. what cost would be there for executing ideas but protection for my idea is problem here. until I dont have patent,I can't stop illegal earning using my idea. As said before, even if I write a book about my ideas, as per copyright laws it can give protection against plagarism , not for my idea.

personally,I think you have limited idea about India, at least my area. in my rural areas, there are people who earning less than $40 per month. more than anything Indian parents highly obsessed with knowledge than application. My father can manage 1lakh for my studies what he wished but he won't give one fourth amount for my idea. I have to earn for my ideas. survival, necessary, etc.. will make hard. my family is middle class. so you can understand how hard it'll be for people from rural and uneducated poor family.i can take debt, but if patent failed, it'll be hard to pay debt and interest. so I thought loan will make more sense here.
