If Aaliyah produces the CD, it still doesn't solve the fact that the music scratch was released and only she had it- copy or not.

If she says I was framed, it could only point to anyone else who had access to the CD and knew where it was.

Actually it is weird that Pragya and Abhi were insisting where the CD was. To upload the CD online you don't 'lose' the CD. I mean Aalu doesn't need to give the CD away for the song to go online. She could send it by internet, another CD or by many means. If Aaliyah claims the CD got lost as in someone stole it, it doesn't prove she sold it. This DD she needs to explain, which I feel Raj will. Then it will remain unknown who uploaded the song unless Pragya has video proof of Aalu giving away the CD.
But the thing is if Aalu had planned to give the CD, didn't she plan what she will tell Abhi or Pragya when they will ask for it? Because Pragya told her 100 times the CD is important.
