Actor Shresth Kumar, who has been popular for his roles in Bairi Piya, Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Preeto, Love Marriage Ya Arranged Marriage will now enter Star Plus' Mere Angne Mein (Sphere Origins).
Yes, the talented young lad has been roped in to play an integral part of the new family that has just entered.
Well, to tell you more, Shresth will be replacing actor Abhishek Singh Pathania
in the character of Vyom. Vyom will be part of the new family which has actors Waseem Mushtaq, Neelu Kohli and Bunty Chopra.
As per sources, "Shresth has been roped in to play the younger brother of Waseem's character. Actually, Abhishek Pathania had earlier been finalized for the same role. And the guy had even started his shoot. However, Abhishek's unprofessional behaviour on the set, and his inability to deliver his lines properly, lead to his replacement. And this has brought Shresth on the sets of Mere Angne Main."
As for Shresth's character, he will be seen in a never-done before role, that of a street-smart, intelligent guy who would be the brain behind the con work that his family indulges in. As already reported, every character in this new family will have a different approach, and will get into funny situations that will enthral the viewers.
We tried contacting Abhishek, but did not get any revert from him.
When contacted, Shresth told us, "Yes, I have joined the show, Mere Angne Mein. This role is something that I have never done before. The guy has a grey shade, but with a difference. You need to watch out to know more."
