What have they done to such a beautiful story? *sigh* The logical me had so effortlessly chose to disappear because this show was keeping me emotionally satisfied but it is not the same anymore since last night. I still cannot come up with a valid reason for this twist. If they did it to redeem Manav then they could have easily shown Ronnie surviving after all the odds or were they expecting him to change his stance if Ronnie had survived thinking "Its ok to be indirectly involved in an attempt to murder"... I never for once wanted team Kabir to be involved in RG-SK case - all I wanted was to see them tackle MaYa and ensure that they do not cause any further harm to KaYa personally and professionally... after all SK-RG case is solely KaYa's battle and they should have fought it all alone with a little aid from team Kabir (which they would have given because they wanted to help their friends in brining justice to those innocent 51 people who lost their life because of RG pharma and bring one of the best stories to be telecasted on their news channel)..Now, if Ananya personally unites with Kabir because Ronnie on his death bed explained her that Kabir truly loves her it's just preposterous...And I completely fail to understand how is Ananya going to live all her life with this guilt??? Haven't KaYa already had faced their fair share of suffering up till now then why did they have to make them succumb to more? And I certainly won't accept this nugatory twist based on the explanation those innocents are caught in such cross fires...they were already valid reasons for KaYa to pursue this case and bring justice no matter what...there was certainly no need of another causality...Arrgggh! I feel emotionally cheated!.. The essence of the show 'its positivity factor' is lost :( :(

PS: Forgot to add if they are planning to get rid of Shreya in the end by sending her off to jail for this murder...Then I would have preferred her being kicked out of KKN and also the merger company for being unprofessional and plotting against both for her own personal interest! This would have served better for an ambitious lady like her who so so highly values herself...not only she would have been humiliated personally but professionally as well! This would have been certainly better because after all she was meant to be a grey character, right?

With or without Ronnie's death, Kaya would be together. Because they love eachother, Ananya lost faith in his honesty, not his love. Ronnie didn't have to die to unite kaya as they were already half way there.

From the way Sammeer sir explained, it is indeed to show the casualties of war. people die on both sides and while it is not a justification, it still better than the other explanations I have read here. in all honesty, there is no justifcation for ronnie's death, in this story or even in real life. it's true that humans die senseless deaths but I did not want to see it on this show, that too a person like ronnie

I guess that is just how sammeer arora intended to tell the story.

Pome, I agree with you that KaYa were half way there and Ananya just needed a little bit of time to sort out her feelings!

Its good to know that Sammeer sir explained his point of view and I totally respect it ..Certainly it is the harsh reality and we all are well aware of it! But majority of us did not expect to see it on this show and to be true it was not needed as well!

Sammeer's sir's explanation gives me some closure, I don't necessarily agree with him but he chose to tell his story his way and i can respect that. In a fiction show, no one has to die but they do any way because the writer chose to write it that way. I hoped we won't see such darkness in reporters but I guess the creatives wanted to show the dark reality.

I agree, the death cannot be justified, but it isn't illogical either (though I found the execution illogical at places).

I am fine, as long as they don't justify the death by giving reasons.

Last night, I felt bad for Ronnie, today I feel sad for Annaya and Ronnie's mom, because it is Ananya who as to live the guilt throughout her life, and it is Ronnie's mom who has to live with the really of losing her only son. As Kabir once said, living with the reality is much more difficult.

Obviously everyone will be on revenge mode after this but I hope some progress is made in Kaya relationship. they need to talk about where they stand and where they went wrong in order to move forward. just officially getting together in the last episode won't make sense to me. Ananya needs to realize her own faults and unrealistic expectations from kabir. I know this is hard given that ronnie just died but it has to be done if cv's want to get them back together.

My problem with KaYa is not whether Ananya loves Kabir or not; whether she trusts Kabir or not. It is Ananya's immaturity. I would not have mind her breaking her engagement, but it was her stubbornness of not listening to him. I was put off with this behaviour during Shreya's entry. The same thing repeating twice shows, she is not learning from her mistake.

I understand Sammeer Sir saying about casualties of war. We have seen how honest IAS officers get killed trying to expose land/sand Mafia. But this could have shown as a separate track with KaYa as investigators. (It would have been much better than Bhavna Shroff or lover boy case). If a character from a small side track dies, that makes an impact but does not obstruct the flow of the story. But here, Ronnie was one of the pillars of Reporters. We only have to take solace that, makers did not kill Kabir instead (as in the case of RK's other serial). 😕

Sometime next week I expect Kabir to bring up the subject (probably when he drops her home), and tell her that she doesn't need to feel obligated to accept him just becuse it is Ronnie's last wish. And that he frees her from all such obligations. I want Annaya to breakdown and shout at him saying she didn't need Ronnie or anyone to tell her how much he loves her, and that she is with him becuse that is where she belongs. Then I want Kabir to explain her that how he is the not the perfect boyfriend she assumed him to be, and she countering him with she is in love with this imperfect Kabir Sharma.

A two minute conversation such as this would be sufficient for me... Can someone pass on this message to the writer ;)

p.s : how nice it is to think of something positive ;)

Mahi, I too was very annoyed with the tantrum throwing, escapist Annaya, but she has matured over time, her behaviour during the kerchief burning and the past revelation was very mature. Her behaviour in the current track was not due to her immaturity, but due to her hurt and disillusionment. Yes she did go overboard at times, but still it was more understandable than her tantrum throwing behaviour of the earlier times. She needed a good sounding board, unfortunately this time around she wasn't sharing her heartbreaks with her friends, and her mother was completely useless.

I agree, Ronnie had been an integral part of the show, KKN and even KaYa's relationship, he had always been there, ever during the very first time Annaya resigned, he was her voice of reason. Can't imagine the show without him.
